Colocation Services:
Network uptime: 99,95% on yearly base
Housing (power / cooling): 99,982% on yearly base
Exclusions are:
- Schedulded maintenance
- Suspension/termination caused by overdue invoices or TOS/AUP violations
- DDoS attacks
- Downtime caused by the customer itself
- Migration or up/downgrades
Uptime guarantees mentioned above apply on all stock / unmanaged services.
