Unmanaged vs Managed

Unmanaged vs Managed, but what's the difference?

Unmanaged:
When ordering a unmanaged service, you have the responsibility to manage your own VPS / server.
Therefore order a unmanaged service only when you are confident with the OS and know how to secure a server properly.

LiteServer has still the responsibility of providing network connectivity and hardware resources on VPS and dedicated services.
You may contact our support department in case you have any network / hardware issues.
Colocated customers are responsible for their own hardware.

Managed:
When ordering a (fully)managed service, we have the responsibility of managing and securing your VPS / server.
This is the best option when you don't have the technical skills to manage a server yourself.
You may contact our support department for any kind of isssue, as long it's technical and related to the ordered managed service.
