Refunds

As listed in our Terms of Service, we offer a 2 day refund period for your first ordered VPS.
Dedicated and Colocated services are excluded from any refunds, as well as plan upgrades.

A refund request can be requested by opening a support ticket. We might ask you for a refund reason to improve our services.
LiteServer reserves the right to deny/reject any refund requests when the customer caused abuse complaints, DDoS traffic or any other malicious activities which violates our Terms of Service.

Payments made using AliPay, Bitcoin (crypto) and QIWI are non-refundable.
